Advice from someone who has been in your shoes
Ask a Question

I've responded to more than a thousand questions, and I'm sorry to say that I have become too busy with "life" at present time to reliably respond to further questions.

There are many hundreds of content pages on this website. Please spend a little time looking for and reading situations similar to your own. If you have a situation so unique that I haven't already responded to anything similar, you'll definitely need to consult with a family law attorney in your area.

Also, I can't emphasize enough that you must educate yourself on what matters in child custody evaluations and rulings. I'd also recommend that you take a look at the books I've reviewed.

Good luck!
